Our Trade Program member discount is 25% off most items, excluding those already on sale and bundles. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout to eligible items. It does not apply to past orders and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Placing an order with your Trade Program member discount is easy! Simply log in to your customer account, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. The 25% Trade Program member discount will be automatically applied at checkout to eligible items.
No, there is no minimum order quantity or purchase amount required to receive your Trade Program discount. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.
SHIPPING
Levtex is a U.S.-based company, and all orders are shipped from our own warehouses within the United States.
Free shipping is offered for all orders shipping domestically within the United States with an order total of $100 or greater. Domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $10 for orders under $100.
All shipping promotions are only valid within the contiguous 48 States of the United States and are not valid on orders shipping outside the United States or to Alaska or Hawaii.
Orders are shipped via FedEx within 2-3 business days of placing an order, unless otherwise notified.
All orders are subject to sales, county and municipal tax (as applicable) as required by law.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. You should receive an email when your order ships containing the tracking number and estimated time of arrival. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive to you after it has shipped. Should your package not arrive when expected or if it shows delivered when tracked with FedEx but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. FedEx will only act on undelivered items if reported within 7 days of when they show they have been delivered. It is critical that you contact us as quickly as possible so we can assist you in correcting the delivery issue with FedEx. Delays in reporting a missing item could result in limited refund/redelivery options.
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, we can only ship to physical addresses. We are unable to ship to a PO Box and would need a physical address for all orders.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase! To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from our site, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Under some circumstances only partial refunds are available – for examples, items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts (for reasons other than our error).
To initiate a return please email info@levtexhome.com with your name, purchase number, items you need to return and a reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label, if applicable and eligible. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion or if a free shipping offer code was applied, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original, pre-discounted price of your item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@levtexhome.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Program members are not automatically tax exempt. If you qualify for tax exemption, please contact us to submit a copy of your sales tax exemption documents — such as a resale certificate, sales tax exemption certificate, or other state-specific exemption forms.
